QUALITY EMPLOYMENT is currently seeking cleaner to work with clients in the GTA!

Major Responsibilities:

· Performs cleaning in Homeless Shelters

· The primary responsibility will ensure the facilities are clean and maintained on a daily basis

· Cleans/washes/disinfects sinks, toilets, tubs, shower rooms/curtains,

· Polishes and cleans glass/wood/metal etc., applying suitable oil, polish, solutions etc.

· Replenishes paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc. as necessary

· Cleans spots on walls

· Sweeps floors and stairways with brooms

· Vacuums carpeted floor areas, ceiling corners and furniture etc.

· Empties and cleans wastebaskets and ashtrays; relines baskets

· Stocks cleaning carts and maintains cleanliness of same

· Capable of heavy lifting (food/bed moving/garbage/carpet)

· Other cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Cleaning experience an asset but not necessary - We will train.

· Must be detail oriented.

· Pleasant and professional.

· Must have an eye for detail and be thorough when performing cleaning tasks.

· Must work efficiently and take responsibility for the work completed.

· Clear communication skills with good interpersonal skills.

· Detail oriented someone that takes initiative and performs tasks before being asked.

· Punctual and dependable

· Updated Police /Vulnerable Sector Clearance completed.

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
